Why we need to sleep
We need to sleep because our muscles get tired and our brain needs a rest from all the thinking and the running around.Sometimes our legs need a rest because where just so lazy to go anything and they just sit on the chair all day.Did you know that we can survive 264 hours (means 11 days).We need to sleep to have a good morning and day so when you wake up you are not grumpy and angry throughout the whole day.You also need to sleep so our brain is nice and relaxed and it can think properly without getting angest and mental.
We need to go to sleep so our eyes don’t get red and you face doesn't get red as well as our face.But if you sleep every single day and never play or run around then you will gain more and more weight every single day.One time my day sleep and neder ate or drank warter that he all most died but he’s ok now because he’s been eating and doing some exercise. Did you know that if you don’t sleep for five days or not drink water then you will start to see things that are not real.
