How to prevent yourself from getting sick
How can you prevent ourselves from getting sick these are my ideas to help me to keep healthy and have something healthy every day and have a fitness run every day one the most important one’s is keep yourself warm at night like use two blankets or three or if you have a heater you can turn it on to make you warm and comfortable so the next day will be nice and calm for you.
If you want to prevent yourself from getting sick you have to always wash you hand after going to the toilet and all way blow you nose don’t wipe it with your hands and if you have hand sanitizer then you it to take away the germs,And if you have a sore throat then make sure you get it checked from the nurse so you don’t get something bad that could cause you to die or can’t talk or walk or see and if you don’t feel well tell someone so they can check if your ok or you're not ok and always keep you house clean .
You can also prevent yourself from getting sick by keeping yourself warm and you can also prevent yourself from getting sick if you blow your nose with a tissue not with your hand.IF you wipe your nose with your hand and you are sick you can be spreading it around if you high five someone or shake their hands or use something that's theirs and you put your germs on it and give it back to them.
You can also also prevent yourself from getting sick if you wash your hands before you eat so the germs are not going into your body and you have to make sure that your room is clean and you at least have a shower five times a week not just one’s a week you have to check with the nurse if you have one at school every time you get a cut or a scratch to prevent you from getting it infected or if has given you poison.
Staying healthy is a good way to prevent yourself from getting sick.For example if you stay healthy then you will have a good day and you will last longer in the world.If you choose to be healthy then that will make a difference in your life and you will live you live your life happy and you will have a healthy body.If you have a healthy body and you eat veggies and fruit then that will help you stay fit and look younger.
